I have built a paginated report in Power BI Report Builder by using the Power BI Dataset Connection.
I have published this to the workspace where the dataset is based and published the report in the app.
The workspace is in the Premium Capacity and paginated reports are switched on in the admin portal.
I can access and run the paginated report in the app but my users who I have shared the app with cannot. They get the following error message:
"Could not connect to the data source.
There was an error communicating with Analysis Services. Please verify that the data source is available and your credentials are correct."
Does anyone know what the issue is? Have I done something wrong? I was under the impression that this was possible based on the blog posts below by Christopher Finlan:

Hi Xue,
It turns out I needed to give the users of my app "build" access to the underlying dataset.
Not an ideal solution but at least my users can run the report now.
Many thanks,
Alex
Hi @Anonymous ,
I test to share to a external user and a member of my organization. And I don't create gateways. They both can view the report. Could you please share more details and the steps that we can reproduce?
Best Regards,
Xue Ding
