Thanks for your suggestion, but my problem has not been resolved.
Your suggestion options are compatible with my environment, the gateway is the most recent update and python's settings are the same as your suggestion.
I opened a ticket for Microsoft support, I am waiting for her solution.
When I have the solution to my problem, I'll post it here in the community.
