Error when Publishing Reports to Workspace

After thoroughly reviewing the details you provided, I have identified few alternative workarounds that may help resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:
The ModelOperatorOperationFailedException error generally arises when Power BI faces a problem during dataset processing, model deployment, or workspace configuration.
Please ensure the workspace is correctly configured without any restrictions or misconfigurations. Navigate to the Power BI Service, locate the relevant workspace, and review its settings. Confirm that the workspace is not in "classic" mode (if applicable) and is set up for modern workspaces. Verify that you have the necessary permissions in the workspace. Even with admin permissions, specific publishing permissions may be required.
Create a new .pbix file, add a simple table or visual, and attempt to publish it to the workspace. Although the user mentioned the workspace is not full, there could be other capacity-related issues.

In Power BI Desktop, navigate to File > Options and settings > Options. Under GLOBAL, select Data Load, and then select Clear Cache. Cached credentials might cause connection issues if you've previously connected to the published semantic model with different credentials or an expired token.

I tried everything mentioned in the ticket - the issue still arises. I have a support ticket with microsoft. I feel this is something at the mcirosoft end - possibly patching or something?
