Error updating dataset

Hi,

 

For the past few weeks I've been implanting a PWBI dashboard in my company, but i'm facing problems with updating the data in the vizualization.

 

Basically, this dashboard uses a Excel from OneDrive as font of data. The spreadsheet is updated by others members of my team, but when I try to refresh the data set in PWBI (Web), a error apeears saying that "scheduled update is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials".

 

My license is free. I have to own a Pro License to update the data set from the PWBI Web?

Hi, @mathlucena 

According to the error message, I think the reason for this problem is that one or some of the credentials of your data source is invalid and needs to be updated.

You can go to the Setting->dataset to find your error dataset, and find the data source with a fork next to it, like this:

This means that the credential is invalid and need you to update it in the gateway data source setting or the credential page.

You need to go into the dataset settings, click on Credentials and then update them there.

 

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like below:
