Community ChampionEvery report has a dataset. No reports are based on CSV files. The dataset can ingest a CSV file via Power Query, but the report is always based on a dataset. You need to find out where that dataset is. It might be in a Pro workspace, not Premium, so those without a Pro license will not be able to see it. You will need to move the dataset to the Premium workspace for that to work.
