Error shared and install app

Hello friends,

I have a problem sharing an application, and I don't know how to identify the solution. During the creation and publication of the application I have no problem. I can see in the applications linked to my workspace normally, but when I create the application and share it I have the following error:

The user who is trying to install and use the application has other applications installed that were created by me, but this application in particular he is not able to.

Power BI encountered an unexpected error loading the model. Try again later. or The data model could not be retrieved. Contact the dashboard owner to make sure that the sources and data model exist and are accessible.To learn more details ,you could read the following article:

Can you please make sure when uploading the PBIX that you are using the latest version of Power BI Desktop?
