Error refreshing in Power BI Service, but not when refreshing in Power BI Desktop

I try to upload my semantic model, but I do get this error. Basically this error is about the last step in specific table (or just 1 different table). It's always one of those two tables. I looked for multiple solutions and tried a lot already, uploading it in different ways, changing the privacy settings, but nothing helped. The weird thing is that I can refresh the data in my power BI desktop without any problem. Only when I try to upload this model, I get this error everytime again. I searched and tried different solutions I found, but nothing helped so far. 

Maybe good to know is that I make use of incremental refresh as well (when it works). I make use of an ODBC server. I tried to upload just a different tables, which works, also with refreshing in power bi service.

Last thing I want to mention: In these specific tables, I merge different tables (which makes use of a different data source as well). Because this only happens in two tables, maybe this has something to do with it, as it's always the last step of one of these tables that pop up in the error.

From the error message in the image you uploaded, there seems to be an issue with the credentials or permissions of the data source you are using in the model.

Here are some possible solutions you can try:

Clear the cached credentials in Power BI Desktop. Go to File > Options and Settings > Data Source Settings and select Clear Permissions to clear any cached credentials.

Check semantic model permissions in Power BI Services. Ensure that you have the required permissions to access the published semantic model. Confirm with the semantic model owner or administrator that you have been granted access.

Log in to the Power BI service and attempt to upload a Power BI report from the target workspace using the upload option.

If you are using a gateway to connect to the data source, ensure that the gateway is online and configured correctly. You can check the gateway status and settings under Manage Gateways in the Power BI service.

If you are using different data sources in your model, ensure that they have the same privacy level. You can check and change the privacy level under File > Options and Settings > Options > Privacy in Power BI Desktop.

Don't.  Avoid merging whenever possible, especially across data source types.  

If you must, refactor your query to keep everything in the same partition.
