From the error message in the image you uploaded, there seems to be an issue with the credentials or permissions of the data source you are using in the model.

 

Here are some possible solutions you can try:

 

Clear the cached credentials in Power BI Desktop. Go to File > Options and Settings > Data Source Settings and select Clear Permissions to clear any cached credentials.

 

Check semantic model permissions in Power BI Services. Ensure that you have the required permissions to access the published semantic model. Confirm with the semantic model owner or administrator that you have been granted access.

 

Log in to the Power BI service and attempt to upload a Power BI report from the target workspace using the upload option.

 

If you are using a gateway to connect to the data source, ensure that the gateway is online and configured correctly. You can check the gateway status and settings under Manage Gateways in the Power BI service.

 

If you are using different data sources in your model, ensure that they have the same privacy level. You can check and change the privacy level under File > Options and Settings > Options > Privacy in Power BI Desktop.
