Error refreshing: The command has been canceled

Hello everyone,

 

I got an error in refreshing data so many times. I read many topics in this community about this but cannot find the solutions for my issue. Actually, I do not know what my issue is.

 

I have some reports using Odata feed. Most of them can refresh perfectly, except for one.

 

I try to refresh it in Power BI desktop, and it is still ok. I try to reduce its size and complexity as well (but actually its data is not really big and complex in compare to other reports).

 

However, it still cannot refresh evenwhen I upload the report to Power BI service (fail in both "On command" and "Scheduled")

 The table is the message not fixed, it changes everytime in each message.

    Hi khoahong,

     

    Check if the credential is correct, also clear the browser cache and check if the issue still occurs.

      Hi,

       

      The credential is correct. I also tried to clear cache before uploading but the error still occurs.

       

      I don't think it is timeout. Because other reports with bigger data still can load well.
