Solved: Error publishing to online service

Using desktop Version: 2.46.4732.461 64

Publishing a new dataset to Online Service and getting this error.

I am signed in. Issue occurs after selection of Workspace.

Just as mysteriously my model (as of this morning) can now publish again to the service without issues .
