Error publishing report on the web

Hi, I'm trying to publish my report on the web but I'm getting the following error message. Functional desktop update normally and other reports are published normally as well. Does anyone know what might be going on? The data sources of the report are all by dataflows already validated.Capturar.PNG

Hi  @LuisRoza ,

From the error message, it seems that the data source cannot be connected. . . Please confirm whether the backend data source can be successfully connected.
Also, please take a look at the links below, hope they can help you solve the problem.
