Hi,
We are facing a refresh error in Power BI desktop in recent days. The error occurred when we refresh data from google bigquery. The message is as below:
"ODBC: ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][DriverSupport] (1160) Cannot enable SSL for the connection when connecting to a server that has not enabled SSL. If the server has SSL enabled, please check if it has been configured to use a SSL protocol version that is lower than what is allowed for the connection. The minimum SSL protocol version allowed for the connection is: TLS 1.2."
In power BI service, the refresh process done well. There is not error as in PBI desktop.
How can we resolve the issue?
Thanks.
Hi @quanple
Go to Home -> Edit Queries -> Data source settings -> select the data source and click Edit Permissions -> disable the Encryption
Hope it helps.
Any question, please let me know.

Thanks Tang,
I unchecked the encrypted connection, but couldn't fix the error. New error occurred in recent days. Before that it was still refreshing normally.
