I Solved the issue, it was related to the sensitivity from my company. For example: Confidentialy, Restricted...
So, when I change to restricted, The file can be saved correctly.
Hi. Can you explain more about it? I can't understand what is it that you are editing, saving and refreshing. Is it a report on service? are you at a shared wokspace? is it premium?
Be sure that you have pro and it hasn't expired.
