Error in automatic refresh with access files that are stored in sharepoint

Hi,

I have a trouble with some dashboards that their databases are stored in sharepoint.

When I work with that data in desktop, the refresh works perfectly, but when I publish the report and schedule the refresh, I have the same error over and over again:

Microsoft Access: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine. The 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine OLEDB provider may be required to read this type of file.

I have seen that some answers said that you have to do something with my gateway, but I don´t think this is gonna work because de data is on the cloud.

Best Regards

To solve the above issue, follow the below steps.

Once completed the above steps, try to connect access DB from Power BI desktop. This time you will be able to connect without an issue.

Also, you can try below similiar solution.

Solved: Microsoft Access: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' p... - Microsoft Power BI Community

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
