Error in a dataflow

I am trying to update a data flow with SharePoint as a data source, I am getting this error: Error: Evaluation resulted in a stack overflow and cannot continue.

I am only bringing some excel from a folder and filter it. I cannot find too many information about this error.

Maybe this article by Chris Webb will be helpful: https://blog.crossjoin.co.uk/2024/01/28/understanding-the-evaluation-resulted-in-a-stack-overflow-er...

Does it return this error when you try to get data from Excel within Sharepoint or after a few transformations?
If query returns data at the last step then everything is fine with query/table, but maybe it has relationships to other tables and these relationships should be optimized?
