Error in Service but not in desktop

Hi,

The PBI report I have has been updated in the service fine for weeks , but now it suddenly comes up with the following error :

  • Data source error[ValidateMarkupTags][ccon]Expression.Error: The column '[ccon]Correct_fees[/ccon]' of the table wasn't found.. [ccon]Correct_fees[/ccon]. [/ccon]. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Bridge - Plan Number.

It refreshes fine on the desktop but as soon as you try in the service it fails.

I have tried clearing history, setting up a new workspace but still fails

Any ideas why ?

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for coming back so quick

When you say source what do you mean.

The Bridge table doesnt have the the column in that is showing in the error, its a single column table

Can you please confirm the source across the both the desktop version of report and PowerBI service are both same?

Also, can you confirm yourslef whether the table Bridge - Plan Number in your source has that column?
