Error in Refreshing files from Dropbox

We have followed this methodology to import data from Dropbox in Power BI Desktop. It's working fine in desktop but we are unable to add this data source in Power BI Service for schedule refresh.  We are receiving this error:

Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://api-content.dropbox.com/1/files/auto/home/Apps/Tech%20P%26L/fte_milestone_data.xlsx?access_t...' (400): Bad Request

Does anyone have any solution for this?
