Error in PowerBI data refresh for dynamic data source

Hi,
I have a dataset that is uploaded to 2 different workspaces. In the first workspace, it successfully refreshes but the same dataset does not refresh in the 2nd workspace with the following error.

This dataset includes a dynamic data source. Since dynamic data sources aren't refreshed in the Power BI service, this dataset won't be refreshed. Learn more: https://aka.ms/dynamic-data-sources.

But I don't have any dynamic data source at all. They all are connected to Snowflake server.
What are the other possible reasons that causes this error?
Can someone please help with this?

Is there any other more obvious error message?

If the issue persists after republishing the dataset, it is recommended to create a support ticket and let MS engineers investigate the issue on your side. https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
