Error generating public web embed - no response

Publish to web is supported for the vast majority of data sources and reports in the Power BI service. Thanks for this. I found the pagelong document that outlines all the reasons why you cannot use a public link and the second thing in the list was Direct Access which is what we were using.
I just wish the error message would appear instead of just the screen flashing so we would know what the reason was. Thanks
