Installation of gateway is successful, but I get this message every time I try to sign in.

One or more errors occurred.
Error generating an asymmetric key.
Exception message: Keyset as registered is invalid.

I've tried moving the RSA folder as recommended in other similar posts and no luck. Please help!

For those who were unsuccessful renaming or moving the RSA folder, if you haven't already, try it with the data gateway sign-in window still up.  It worked for me this way.

I have same issue (same error message) and I don´t know what to do. I've tried moving the RSA folder as recommended in other similar posts but no luck also. I downloaded logs but I don´t know which file do you need for detailed information.
