Hi,
I saved a python script in power bi desktop which reads a table from sql server and creates a pandas dataframe. Everything works correctly. When I publish the report on power bi service, I have an error with the python gateway and therefore I don't see the data:
Extension {"extensionDataSourceKind": "Python", "extensionDataSourcePath": "Python"}
I installed "On-premises data gateway (personal mode)" in my pc but I still see the error in power bi service.
How can I solve it?

Hi @henryco88,
AFAIK, the current python script data source only works on gateway personal mode, you cant manage it in the on-premise gateway.
If you want to enable the refresh on the power bi service side, you need to configure all the data sources used in your report.
I'd like to suggest you switch to a personal gateway if other types of data source supported in this gateway.(live mode data sources do not work on personal mode)
Use personal gateways in Power BI
