Error fetching data for this visual
I have jsut been given access to some dashboard on PowerBI, but no data is loading in any of them.
I get this error message:
Error fetching data for this visual
A connection could not be made to the data source with the Name of '{"protocol":"analysis-services","address":{"server":"powerbi://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/02%20GADP%20Shared%20Datasets","database":"GADP CDM Data"},"authentication":null,"query":null}'.

Hi. Do you know more details like where is the semantic model stored? If I have to guess I would say they have given you access to a report live connected to a semantic model. In that case you also need access to the semantic model, otherwise you can't see data. Something like this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-datasets-share

Hi. Do you know more details like where is the semantic model stored? If I have to guess I would say they have given you access to a report live connected to a semantic model.
