Error fetching data for this visual

Hello,

having this error while in Service/Teams but not in Desktop version.

Issue is about the same in each of the four line graphs.

Data is from on-premises csv files.

Upgraded to latest version of PowerBi Desktop.

How can i solve?

Thank you

  • Hi GiuPowerBi

As per my understanding, the issue might be due to multiple visuals on a single page:

    1. Too many visuals: Reduce visuals or split them into multiple pages to avoid performance issues.
    2. Complex queries: Limit heavy visuals or use aggregations to prevent slow queries/timeouts.
    3. Performance Analyzer: Identify slow DAX measures and optimize them for better efficiency.
    4. Chart optimization: Switching to a Line & Stacked Column Chart can improve performance.

If the above information helps you, please give us a Kudos and marked the Accept as a Solution.

    Thanks,
    Cheri Srikanth

    Hi there!

Since your CSV files are on-premises, Power BI Service cannot access them unless you set up a gateway. If you need help setting this up, shoot me a response!
