Error fetching data for this visual

 

Hi,

Greetings!!!

 

i have premium per user power bi license type, still i am unable to run the report in service for 2001 to 2024(current date).

 

is there any specific limitations or any other issue , kindly help me.

    Hi,

    does it works on the desktop but fail in the service?

    And I would like to share some additional solutions below.

    I hope my suggestions below will help you

    Check the connection to the data source (e.g. cloud service, database, etc.). Try to refresh the data manually to test the connection.

    Check the data source permissions:Make sure the report user has enough permissions to the data source

    Sometimes not being able to access the data source can cause visual not to display the results.

    Please check the data source credentials in Power BI Desktop.

    If necessary, delete them and re-add the data source credentials.

    In power BI Desktop.
