Thanks for your help. I removed all the conditional formatting from the cards and it solved the issue for now (although I don't have the conditional formatting now).
I am having similar issue. I have 6 cards on a page, and they all work great in desktop, but when published to premium service, only 2 of them work... I have deleted and rebuilt numerous times, and I could swear they were working 2 weeks ago.
