Hi everyone

I'm facing this error in power bi service during some updates

some words are in portuguese because I'm from Brazil.

Erro de fonte de dados: {"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"Erro durante a avaliação."}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: fNPS_Minutas.

Hi @flavia ,

The error code you mentioned, DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError, is related to data access issues in the Power BI Gateway. It could be caused by various factors such as firewall restrictions, network connectivity, or expired cached credentials. Troubleshooting this error requires a deeper understanding of your specific environment and configuration.

To resolve this issue, I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Check if the error is caused by firewall restrictions and ensure that your gateway has access to the necessary data sources.
  2. Verify your network connections and make sure that the gateway can establish a connection to your data sources.
  3. Clear your internet browser cache and sign in to Power BI again to force an update of your credentials.
  4. Restart the gateway service and validate the gateway configuration.
  5. Upgrade your gateway
