Hi.
I have a Power BI account using an email @valorsacre.com.br. This domain is not managed by Microsoft. When trying to share a Power BI report with another person from the same domain, the Power BI service displays an error "One or more email addresses could not be validated: XXXX@valorsacre.com.br".
I asked the person to try to create a Power BI account to see if that would work and the following message appeared to him: "Contact your IT admin to sign up."
Other users from the same domain already access this same report
The error message ""XXX@valorsacre.com.br" cannot be validated" means that Power BI cannot find an account with that email address. The owner of that email address needs to get a Power BI licence so you can share the Report with them.
The message "Contact your IT admin to sign up" means that the administrators of valorsacre.com.br have disallowed individual sign ups by users and centrally manage Power BI licences.
You need to talk to the administrator for valorsacre.com.br and get them to assign a licence to the address you want to share with.
Hope this helps
Stuart
Hello, @Burningsuit ... Thanks for your help.
So... The email owner cannot create the account. He tried and got this error message... "Contact your IT admin to sign up"
Second... I'm IT administrator of valorsacre.com.br and I can't create a new user. See My Azure AD.. is disabled to create a new user. It's very weird. The other users created their own accounts. I didn't have to do anything.
