Advocate IError creating a shortcut to ADLS Gen2

I have found the reason for the error.
The storage account was created by my collegue who did not enable "hierarchical namespace".
I now have created another account with that option enabled an creating a shortcut works like a charm.

Advocate IHi GilbertQ unfortunately they both are in North Europe, so it should not be the cause for the error.

Super UserWhat happens if you create a folder in the ADLS and put in a sample file and then try and create the shortcut?

I have created a container and uploaded two files.
I can see those files when I fill the target information for the shortcut.I chose the container and am able to proceed in the GUI to the next step.
