Error creating a connection to an on premises data gateway

Hi
 
I have installed and configured the on premesis data gateway. When I login to powerbi I can see this within the On Premesis data gateway.
 
Wehn I try to create a new connection utilising the gateway I get the below error:
 
Unable to create connection for the following reason: Invalid connection credentials
 
Details: MRI: Login failed for user '[domain]\administrator'. Please have this information handy if you choose to create a support ticket. ActivityId: 3c874a1c-013a-44dc-aa47-ea6d1a813a10 RequestId: 845128f6-4b48-48f6-91d0-1bc09920eea5 Cluster URI: https://api.powerbi.com Status code: 400 Time: Fri May 12 2023 13:39:43 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time)
 
The credential details are 100% correct.
 
Are you able to offer any advice on how to resolve this?
