Error app Facebook Pages Analysis

Hi guys,   I can not connect to the Facebook Pages Analysis app, does anyone know how to solve it?

Hi Anonymous ,

 

This maybe a permission/authentication error. When you ever connect to Facebook in an unauthorized account, the corresponding credential would be created. You can change credential as steps below. For example:

 

a.In Power BI Desktop, click Data source settings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

b.Click "Edit Permission",or you can connect to Facebook again following the steps in this link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-tutorial-facebook-analytics after click "Clear Permission".
