Error al actualizar el Conjunto de datos en Power BI Services

Hola Comunidad, junto con saludar,  se me presento un problema en PowerBI Services, me arroja este error cuando el proceso se actualiza automaticamente, he probado de dos formas desde Power Automated y  desde las  credenciales con Sharepoint actualizando el conjunto de datos, el error es este:

According to the error message, the problem seems to be caused by insufficient memory in Power BI, you can try to follow these case links to reduce the memory consumption in Service when you refresh the dataset or try to upgrade your workspace to Premium capacity:

Ah, my bad. I thought "bases de datos"  meant databases. You seem to be using it to describe data sources rather than databases.

Se almacenan las bases de datos en Excel y en Onedrive.

A database on Onedrive? Do you mean a SharePoint list?

Como puedo utilizar un conjunto de datos mas pequeño?,  utilizo los MS Forms, cree un formulario y los administradores rellenan esto, y sus datos van a una base de datos en Onedrive, y en este caso como actualizo la instancia de PowerBI
