Hi @spectronic ,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

I understand that your Forecast using multiple models by MAQ Software visual is working fine in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, but it fails when embedding as Public to Web. Since this issue started after database changes and re-publishing, here are some steps to troubleshoot:

  • Some third-party visuals do not support Publish to Web due to security or licensing restrictions. Try using a different browser .

  • If your report connects to a database, make sure that the credentials are correctly configured in Power BI Service. Try refreshing the dataset manually and check for errors.

  • Some custom visuals may require authentication when embedded publicly. Test with a standard Power BI visual to see if the issue is specific to the MAQ Software Forecasting Visual.

  • Since it worked fine before January, try reverting to a previous version of your report and republishing.
