That is correct personal gateways will not show up in the Gateways section in Power BI
In the Gateway Section in Power BI that is for Enterprise Gateways only.

Helper IIIYes, Gateways. I am using Chrome and Firefox both showing this error. However, my personal Gateway is connected and running fine. I switched to personal when enterprise wasn't working for me.
