    Our IT-team updated our enterprise gateway and this resolved the issue.  :smileyhappy:

Hi BIfanatic,

 

1. Which On-premises data gateway did you use? Try the On-premises data gateway (NOT the personal mode) please.

2. If it's possible for you to share the logs of Gateway? 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Try to delete the whole dataset in the PBI Service, then republish it from Desktop. If this is possible.

4. What would happen if you refresh manually from Service?
