I'm currently facing an issue with one of our users when attempting to log in to a Power BI dashboard. The user is encountering the error message: "The specified credentials are invalid." What makes this issue particularly challenging is that it's isolated to this one user, and we have been unable to replicate the problem on other accounts.

I'm reaching out to the community in the hope that someone might have encountered a similar problem or can provide guidance on how to resolve this error. Any insights, suggestions, or troubleshooting steps are greatly appreciated.

Hi @karolinv
Do other reports work fine for this user?
Can you double check to make sure that they have got a valid Power BI license?
Also what you could do is to remove the users permissions, confirm that they are removed and then add them back in?
