Error: On-Prem execution not supported for entity... since it refers to another entity

Hello, I get this error when I am trying to train an AutoML model I just created on PBI Cloud Services. Basically inside the same Dataflow I got 2 tables and I merge them on the second one. So the second table has columns from the first one. I am doing that because I think AutoML prediction models accept only on table in entry but maybe I am mistaking ?

Then if I refresh the dataflow it will work, with no errors. But if I create a prediction model named "test" on a column of the second table, and refresh the flow in order to train the model, the following error appears :

Error: On-Prem execution not supported for entity '.../test' since it refers to another entity.. RootActivityId = ... .Param1 = .../test Request ID: ....  (I removed the large id numbers to get it more understandable)

Notice that "test" is NOT the name of one of the tables but the name of the prediction model. I found on this community someone who had the same problem (but the entity name was one of his tables) and his solution was to untick the "unable load" on the entity that is used to merge. So this is what I did for the first table, the one who is used to merge but not used by the model, the model uses the second table. The error is still here, and the fact that the entity is the model and not one of the tables makes me think the problem isn't about the enable load property of the tables ? Thanks for you answers, tell me if I am forgetting information that would help you understand the problem 🙂

Other information that might be helpfull : I am doing a pivot on one of the column of the second table.

    Hi Anonymous ,

Not very clear. Normally we just untick the Enable load option and the linked entity will not load.

What is the prediction model in your case?

    Best Regards,

    Jay

Hi, I think the first table does not load (which is the point of unticking) since it does not appear in the "Tables" page of the flow, right after you click on the name of the flow. The model I want to create is for predicting the boolean values "yes" or "no" in a column using all others column.

Did anyone ever provide a solution for this? I have the same issue.
