Error Message when trying to get Content Pack: We couldn't import data from ClickDimensions
Help! I am getting an Error Message when trying to get Content Pack for ClickDimensions: We couldn't import data from ClickDimensions How do I fix this?

Followed instructions exactly. Got the error message, but like most error messages, it has a lot to be desired. My question is: WHY couldn't it import data? Here is the Error Message:
We couldn't import data from ClickDimensions
