Error Message "Couldn't load the data for this visual"
I am troubleshooting an error message a coworker recieved. The error message appears on a matrix while viewing the report on our PowerBI gateway. Unfortunately I can't reproduce it myself either with the online copy or a downloaded copy. Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this?

If this does not work for a single user, I would suggest logging out of the power BI service, clearing the cache and cookies, and then logging back in to see if that resolved the issue also double check the browser versions are the latest versions.

Thanks for the reply from GilbertQ , please allow me to provide another insight:
- If the problem appears on the Dashboard's tile, then the problem may be temporary.
- Is the report displaying properly on Power Bi Desktop? If it does, the problem may be with the Gateway.
