    Hi,

     

    We have resolved the issue at our end.

     

    We found that we needed to grant users permission to the semantic model of the original report only, so they can't see the visuals, but have access to the data.

     

    This then allowed them to view the full data on the report which connects to all sematic models.

Hi Anonymous , I think  the issue might stem from permissions or gateway configuration. Ensure all shared users have access to the underlying datasets and that the gateway is properly configured for those datasets.Check for RLS also
