    Hi,

     

    We have resolved the issue at our end.

     

    We found that we needed to grant users permission to the semantic model of the original report only, so they can't see the visuals, but have access to the data.

     

    This then allowed them to view the full data on the report which connects to all sematic models.

Hi Anonymous,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

 

It looks like you are facing error with the reports you shared within your organisation. The shared users see an error saying"error fetching data for the visual". As you and Akash_Varuna already mentioned earlier that it may be because of permissions on the underlying datasets or it may be a gateway configuration issue. Please go through the suggested reasons and check if this solves your issue. If you are able to solve the issue, kindly mark the helpful reply as solution.
