Error Email Configuration into Power BI On-Premise Gateway
I succesfully installed Power BI Enterprise Gateway to the local server here, the next approach is to input the email address to be used for the Gateway but it appears an error like this
meanwhile I installed the Power BI gateway on my own work PC, everything sounds work well. What could possibly cause this issue?

it works now, the ports and firewall setting are all set up, but also appearently, there are other problems too, several certificates problem that cause network request returned unexpected error.
the way i done this is by accessing powerbi.com using internet explorer, there would be some untrusted certificate warning appears, and I choose continue the web to ignore the warning, after the power bi web appeared, i click an icon that looks like a key lock on the url field, and then i installed and import the certificate.
i did it repeatedly until i sucessfully signed in, to make sure all certificates are installed correctly.

Hi Anonymous,
It seems a local network issue. Please refer to service-gateway-onprem-tshoot#firewall-or-proxy and check out the firewall and network proxy.
