Error: Cannot connect to dataset with embed token because XMLA permissions are off

Scenario: Two reports with shared dataset. The reports are built using Power BI Desktop and loaded into a Premium Workspace. We have a website that fetches these reports. We are receiving an error for one of the reports and its not displaying any visuals.

Cannot connect to dataset .... with embed token because XMLA permissions are off
