Error 404 Not Found, not load visuals in service

DataSource : SSAS On Premises   In Power BI Desktop all load visuals no problem, but when publish and ago open power bi service all visuals not load. When inspecting the page the error is    ...

[DM.GatewayCore] OleDBFullConnectiongString: Service Msolap progid is different with on-prem. Service:MSOLAP.5. On-Prem:MSOLAP.8.

Hi Anonymous ,

 

The error message suggests a difference between the version of MSOLAP that the service is using (MSOLAP.5) and the native version (MSOLAP.8).

 

Make sure that both the service and the local installer are using the same version of the MSOLAP provider.

 

If possible, upgrade to the latest version of the MSOLAP provider.

    Update in machine where is install Gateway or SSAS ? 

     

    Can you send me step by step?
