When trying to refresh via our Gateway, we are running into the below error about a file within a folder path

Ended up finding that the Gateway service account didn't have access to a specific subfolder which was causing the error.

If your gateway connection is shown to be successful, then it is recommended that you check the Data source credentials in datasets settings to see if the configuration information is correct .

Please check the data source in Manage gateways in Service to see if the connection to the data source is successful .If no, modify it to the correct information, then go to the map in the dataset settings .

Thank you for the response. The gateway connection to this file path is indeed successful, so that wouldn't be the issue.
