Erro no processamento do conjunto de dados

I have a Power BI report developed using a Microsoft Access database as its data source, file with .mdb extension. Well, the report was published in the cloud service and the On-Premises Data Gateway application was installed on the server where the database is located so that the cloud dataset can be communicated and updated. When I point the cloud gateway to my personal machine, everything works perfectly. However, when I point the cloud gateway to my client's server, when trying to update the dataset, it gives the error below. We set up a new machine in my client's infrastructure and on this new machine the error persists. I would like help identifying what could be causing this error on my client's server once my personal machine is up and running.

This, updating on demand presents the error and also in scheduled updates. In no way am I successful. I've searched a lot on the internet and haven't found a solution. The error is generic and does not indicate the cause.

are you sure the credentials are correct in service?

Yes they are! As I said in the first message, I have the gateway configured on another machine that is outside my client's network and it works perfectly. I understand your question because at first I also thought it was that, but in the gateway configuration, credentials are already validated and if they are incorrect, it is pointed out. I don't know what to check, be it proxy, firewall or anything else that could be blocking it.
