Erro no processamento do conjunto de dados

I have a Power BI report developed using a Microsoft Access database as its data source, file with .mdb extension. Well, the report was published in the cloud service and the On-Premises Data Gateway application was installed on the server where the database is located so that the cloud dataset can be communicated and updated. When I point the cloud gateway to my personal machine, everything works perfectly. However, when I point the cloud gateway to my client's server, when trying to update the dataset, it gives the error below. We set up a new machine in my client's infrastructure and on this new machine the error persists. I would like help identifying what could be causing this error on my client's server once my personal machine is up and running.
