Erro TIMEOUT gateway

No ultimos dias está ocorrendo bastante erro na atualização do relatórios, como solucionar esse problema ?

    Hi Ricardoncjr ,

    Please try below steps:

    1. Please confirm your network works well

    2. Please try to restart your On-premises data gateway

    3. Please try to upgrade your On-premises data gateway
