Environment set up for an AutoML POC or Hackathon ... Premium / Embedded at low cost for brief time

I am trying to do a short and simple Proof of Concept project using Automated machine learning.  My company does not currently have Premium or Embedded capacities.  I am looking for a cost effective way to do the project.  We are a 500 person company with about 250 Power BI Pro licenses, and we also have MSDN for 100+ Developers.  Any suggestions ?

I also want to start a POC with AutoML in Power BI without buying Power BI Premium for EUR 5K per month. 

I hope a good suggestions will be given in this Community.
