Entra External ID
Is Entra External ID supported as an authentication method to published reports via Fabric workspace, including row-level security?

Hi. You can configure a B2B solution to share report to external user outside the organization. It's tricky to configure and has challenges for RLS. Make sure you read the docs pretty carefully, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/enterprise/powerbi/service-admin-entra-b2b
Many companies will prefer using a third party tool for power bi embedding (embed for customers) in order to share with externals.

As long as you have the external ideas created as guest accounts, you can then add those guest accounts to Entra ID security groups which can then be passed through to row level security successfully.
