Enterprise refresh tracking mechanism
Hi,
This is an issue that I am facing. I have 15+ Apps containing several datasets that gets refreshed daily on a daily basis from SQL Server. How can I setup a dashboard through which I can get information on what data refresh happened and which one failed?
Is there a way to centralize this process? Can I create 1 dashboard to track all the data refreshes?

Subscribe to a report or dashboard in Power BI service, Power BI will email a snapshot to your inbox when the data refresh.
However, it will only send an email after the first scheduled refresh on that day.
To send an refresh failure email to you, Go to Schedule refresh and select below option at the bottom of where you enter the schedule time.
In this way, it seems it only send emails to you.
To make others in your organization to receive this failure email, you could follow the link below.
